The choice to become a veterinarian is an exciting opportunity. Becoming a veterinarian is more than a career choice, it’s a calling. A call to contribute to the well-being, healing, new discoveries, and enrichment of both animals and the people closely connected to them.

As a veterinary student at Midwestern University’s College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM), you will be exposed to a wide array of species, from crows to cows. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional education that combines rigorous academic training with hands-on experience. Our faculty members are not just educators, they are mentors here to guide and inspire you throughout your academic journey. The curriculum is designed to prepare you for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the dynamic field of veterinary medicine.
